Nexovate 18 Community Edition¶
Nexovate 18 Community Edition is licensed under LGPL version 3 (also known as LGPLv3). See also the GPL FAQ and the compatibility matrix.
Nexovate 18 Enterprise Edition¶
Nexovate 18 Enterprise Edition is licensed under the Nexovate Enterprise Edition License v1.0, defined as follows:

This software and associated files (the «Software») can only be used (executed, modified, executed after modifications) with a valid Nexovate Enterprise Subscription for the correct number of users.
With a valid Partnership Agreement with Nexovate S.A., the above permissions are also granted, as long as the usage is limited to a testing or development environment.
You may develop Nexovate modules based on the Software and distribute them under the license of your choice, provided that it is compatible with the terms of the Nexovate Enterprise Edition License (For example: LGPL, MIT, or proprietary licenses similar to this one).
You may use Nexovate modules published under any license along with the Software, provided that their license is compatible with the terms of the Nexovate Enterprise License (Including, but not limited to, any module published on the Nexovate Apps Store on nexovate.com/apps)
It is forbidden to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.
The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

Nexovate Apps¶
Unless otherwise stated, Nexovate Apps by Nexovate SA (including the website themes) are published under the Nexovate Proprietary License v1.0, defined as follows

This software and associated files (the «Software») may only be used (executed, modified, executed after modifications) if you have purchased a valid license from the authors, typically via Nexovate Apps, or if you have received a written agreement from the authors of the Software (see the COPYRIGHT file).
You may develop Nexovate modules that use the Software as a library (typically by depending on it, importing it and using its resources), but without copying any source code or material from the Software. You may distribute those modules under the license of your choice, provided that this license is compatible with the terms of the Nexovate Proprietary License (For example: LGPL, MIT, or proprietary licenses similar to this one).

Nexovate 9 - Nexovate 17¶
The licenses for both Community Edition and Enterprise Edition of all Nexovate versions since Nexovate 9 are respectively the same as for Nexovate 18 Community Edition and Nexovate 18 Enterprise Edition.
